why my webcam doesnt start after my formatting?

even if i gothrough all the help procedure from yahoo help i could not solve the problem, before onece i met the same problem but when i clic the help ‘how to test my webcam with internet explorer ‘ it download the driver automatically. now after formatting laptop i canot view my webcam. my webcam is creative webcam vista plus

you need the serial number to get the driver get the right one and it will work also make sure and do all the windows updates their might be a driver their
